Respect runs a programme of training and events for frontline workers, service managers, commissioners, funders, policy workers and researchers. This programme is aligned with the core strands of work: perpetrators of domestic abuse, male victims and young people’s violence in close relationship; and support our ethos of high quality and safe service provision.

Training

Respect training courses provide frontline workers with the skills and knowledge they need to support their service users safely and effectively.

All of our training courses are evidence-based, and have been created and tested by specialist practitioners, with reference to contemporary research and policy. We regularly review and revise the training content and materials to ensure that they remain relevant to frontline workers.

Respect training is offered open-access, we aim to offer all our courses at least once a year.

For delivery of Respect training in-house or to discuss bespoke training, please contact info@respect.uk.net
